Wikipedia Add King Von To U.S. Serial Killers List

The Youtube film, King Von: Rap’s First Serial Killer, was initially released by documentarian Trap Lore Ross on YouTube April 7.

Since the release of the documentary, many people and media outlets are running with that narrative of Von. Even Wikipedia took it a step further by adding King Von who’s real name is Dayvon Daquan Bennett, to it’s list of  confirmed serial killers.

Based on the information based on the documentary, the O-Block rapper is allegedly responsible for 10 plus murders.

In King Von: Rap’s First Serial Killer, Trap Lore Ross uses social media posts, timestamps, lyrics, and police reports to connect Von to the murders of alleged gang members.

According to the doc, Von allegedly committed five murders in 2012, and three in 2014. In June 2018, Von is said to have taken another life, before claiming his last alleged body in March 2019.

Wikipedia has a host of pages including one with a List Of Serial Killers In The Unites States. A serial killer is typically a person who kills three or more people, with the murders taking place over more than a month and including a significant period of time between them.

Information from the documentary that alleged that King Von is responsible for 10 plus murders is most likely what led Wiki to add him to the list which include notorious names such as Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy,  and Samuel Little. Based on the alleged information provided, that would classify as a serial killer.

Although his name has since been removed Wikipedia continue to face backlash.
